Create a new folder on your C:\ drive called "stream". (Open My Computer, double click on your C:\ drive, then right-click and choose "New > Folder", call it "stream".)

Install the Windows Media Encoder SDK: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=000a16f5-d62b-4303-bb22-f0c0861be25b&displaylang=en

Once you have set up your Encoder, choose "File > Save" from the menu, name the file push.wme and save it in the C:\stream folder you just created.

Open this location: C:\stream

Save the reconnect.vbs attached to this Solution in c:\stream

Save the startencoder.bat attached to this Solution in c:\stream

Start your Encoder by double clicking the batch file.

Once you have verified this works, you can add startencoder.bat to your Windows Startup (e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup)
